What is the Sellers’ Return Policy?

If you have received a damaged item or it does not match the description provided by the seller, you can return it to the seller and get a replacement within 15 days of delivery at no extra cost.

Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product.


What are the conditions for initiating a return?

Damages due to misuse of product are not covered under the policy. Items that have been used cannot be returned.

‘Damage’ or ‘defect’ is as defined under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please return the item in the actual condition you received it with all its original packaging and accessories.

Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

In case your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, to cancel Contact Us. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made.
